Source. Dubai Land Department (DLD) sales transactions (sales group only: sales, off-plan pre-registrations, delayed sales, etc.), from a public mirror of DLD's Dubai Pulse export (Hugging Face). Checked against the official figures: 2025 calendar-year sales come to 214,839 deals / AED 682.4bn, against DLD's reported 214,912 / AED 682.49bn. Data runs to 12 Feb 2026; later months are not included.

Method. Areas are DLD's land-registry areas (e.g. "Marsa Dubai"); the alternative name shown is the most common master project in that area's sales. AED/sqm is the median DLD meter sale price (apartments and villas only in the "All" view). Year-on-year change is shown only where the earlier period had at least 20 sales. Points are approximate area centres from OpenStreetMap, not boundaries; areas could not be placed and are listed above.
